Fwd: application failed to start error

There was a corrupted oRCSViewer_Atalasoft.settings file on the client pc under %appdata%\InSite\UserSettings dir which was preventing the viewapp from starting with an application failed to start message. This file should contain the ViewerSettings object. Remove the corrupted file and the app will start and a new file will be created.
