Spoke to Nathan he explained the only reason for creating a new sign-on to his pc was so if he is away the doc controllers can use his scansnap to scan in A3 documents. I explained that the Network scanners are able to scan in A3 carrier sheets and took him through it.

Logon to the scanner

Select Settings

Select PaperSize - Set to A3 Carrier Sheet

Select OK

Select TextRecognition - Set to Searchable PDF

Select OK

Select Scan
